PRODUCTION/PROCESSING TIMES

Most of our gifts are handmade to order, therefore turnaround times will vary  depending upon the time required for personalisation/printing requirements.  Turnaround times are 3-5 working days (weekends/bank holidays are not included) for all items unless detailed otherwise.  Some personalised products, such as wedding favours may take longer - please see individual listings.

We currently deliver to the UK only (except for digital downloads).

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We send our orders by first class Royal Mail as standard on most items unless otherwise stated and include options to upgrade to 24 hr and/or 48 hour tracked.

First class Royal Mail 1-2 days shipping time
24 hour tracked: 1-2 days shipping time (but given higher priority than first class with Royal Mail, plus tracking updates provided)
48 hour tracked: 2-3 days shipping time (tracking updates provided)

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Processing times may vary according to the product:
Instant downloads:  Upon payment, you will receive your digital download to the email address given.
Personalised downloads: processing times will be stated on each listing.  We will send a proof prior to the email address given and once you are happy with the design, we will send your final download.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
