Thank you for purchasing Wide Mouth Smile’s products. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Our product return policy lasts for 14 days following the purchase. Please contact us at info@widemouthsmiles.com within this time frame.  Once these 14 days have elapsed, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you an exchange or return.


To process a return, the item must be unused, in the same conditions in which you received it and returned within 28 days of receipt. This includes the original packaging.  Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer, not Wide Mouth Smiles.

Some items are ineligible for returns. Personalised gifts cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, please let us know of any issues as soon as the order is received.


FAULTY GOODS

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please email us at info@widemouthsmiles.com with the following information;

Your name
Order number
Product name and code
Picture of the fault
Description of the fault
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Customers will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the item(s) or, in the event that we do not receive your returned item(s), within 14 days of you providing us with proof of return. It could then take up to 7 additional days for the refund to make its way through the banking system.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back with us, and again when we have processed your refund.

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Yes, please let us know if this is your preferred option.


DIGITAL ITEMS

We cannot accept refunds on digital downloads.  However if something is wrong, please let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue.
